Tribal mode
Tribal is the rule-set or "mode" we have been governed by in since the dawn of time. You win in this tribal game by competing in teams and gathering resources.
It's a few-win-many-lose game, based on the them-against-us mentality. In tribal mode, you are always afraid that you will run out of things because you basically fear that there is not enough. Therefore, life is a constant struggle, not to get stuck or be outcompeted.
You can only win in the tribe game by making others lose. And that's why "tribal" is dying out.
Planetary mode
In "planetary mode" your task is to create a game where we can all win without anybody losing!
Planetary is about connecting all people together on a global scale and combining forces. The objective is to solve “the good problems” - problems that will create fantastic spin-offs and improve life for all people.
Creating sustainable solutions, controlling the CO2 in the atmosphere and making employees work better and not more are examples of “good problems”
The pursuit of "better" will be an epic, planetary journey. We have to do it together.

OUR JOURNEY
Backstory
We have been working with futurism since the year 2000 and we have worked for virtually all types of companies, organizations and areas.
We started as lecturers, workshop facilitators and article writers.
Almost 10 years ago, we began to develop our own training universe, as we could see that more and more people would need to be able to work with and design the future themselves.
We call this discipline future training and this discipline has now become our core.
We wish to train a whole new generation of people who can spot and design the future and build the bridge between the new and the old rules of the game. .
That's why we've created futurist FREE
Our principles
1. Have fun! Because then we have at least got a lot of fun out of all our work!
2. Develop futurist training Because we can actually predict the future if we dare and bother.
3. Provoke positively We must dare to choose the tasks that challenge business as usual. Even though it feels unsafe and scary.
4. Earn a shit load of money And have time for friends, family and personal development - good people need to make good money!
5. Win the Nobel Peace Prize Before we die :-) And all the futurists we train must be part of it! (Incl. the party!)
